07/06/2002 Entry: "The "Blossoming" Tour"

Hello again everyone,
Well since my last update a number of things have transpired.Martin and I have been beavering away and organising a tour to coincide with the release of the EP which will hopefully take place at the end of October, I did a gig in Cafe Moda in Rathmines and one in the Cobblestone in Smithfield,(both venues are in Dublin!), and a guy crashed into the back of my car while I was on my way to a gig in Carlow on the seventh of last month! Not to worry no-one was really hurt except for my own sore neck and back but I'm made of stern stuff and I guess I'll live (sniff' sniff). I'm both excited and nervous about the tour but I'm also determined to get as much enjoyment out of it as possible! The dates so far for the tour are:

Wed. 31st of July 2002 headlining in the Cobblestone, Smithfield, Dublin with Rory Faithfield and Laine Henderson.
Fri. 30th August 2002 in Pennylane Navan
Sun. 1st September 2002 in the Wooden House, kilmore Quay, Wexford
Sat 12th October 2002 in Ryan's of Kilkenny.

I am also doing a gig in Cafe Moda this Wednesday the 10th of July 2002 and admission is free so come along if you can, you're all welcome. The gig is part of a series that Martin has organised in Cafe Moda and the Cobblestone.Martin, Rory and Laine will also be playing in Cafe Moda at two week intervals so if your not doing anything on a Wednesday night around 9.30pm.........In addition myself Rory and Laine are all playing in the Cobblestone at the end of each of the next three months each of us headlining each month. I've already listed the first date and I will post the other dates as soon as I know.
