Tuesday, September 3, 2002 Well I must say they're a wild but appreciative bunch in Navan and I thoroughly enjoyed playing in Pennylane.It's a great little venue for any budding musician.My good friend Cuan appeared out of the ether as well and even gave us a rendition of his own song "The Field",keep them hits coming......!!Anyhow I'm playing there again on Friday the 11th of October and looking forward to it. The Wooden House in Kilmore Quay was a pleasure to play in as always.They're in the middle of renovations etc. at the moment and by all accounts it's going to be a great venue for all kinds of music in the future especially as it's under the watchful eye of the friendliest manager (John Walsh) I've ever had dealings with (apart from that Martin Fella who can be alright himself from time to time...just make sure he has plenty of tea!!!)
